This suit was filed by Eugene V. Wanless against the Louisiana Real Estate Board through its president and secretary and against the Department of Occupational Standards through its director. The plaintiff sought to have an order of the Louisiana Real Estate Board dated February 8, 1961 set aside. The order at issue revoked plaintiff's license to operate as a real estate broker and refused to grant him a renewal thereof.
