Elizabeth Pitka brought this action against the Fairbanks Publishing Company and C.W. Snedden1 for defamation as a result of certain publications which appeared in the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, a newspaper owned and published by the Company at Fairbanks, Alaska.2 Before the case was submitted to the jury the court dismissed the action as to Snedden, and plaintiff has appealed claiming this...
