This is an action to recover for loss of a tenant occupied dwelling house, destroyed by fire, which was insured under a policy of insurance issued by the defendant insurance company to the plaintiff. The basic issue concerns the amount of coverage afforded under the policy and this involves the identity of the buildings listed therein.
