SAVOY, Judge.

This is an expropriation suit by Trunkline Gas Company for the purpose of obtaining a servitude for the construction of a 26 inch high pressure pipeline across a 42.889 acre tract of land owned by the defendants in Acadia Parish.

The district court ordered the expropriation upon the payment of $2,475.00 for the servitudes and damages to the property. The record shows that this amount was reached as follows:

(a) $600 for .355 acre permanent...
