Appellant was charged by information with the crime of failure to leave her name and address at the scene of an accident in violation of section 321.263, Code 1958, I.C.A. She pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty and fined $50.00 as provided by Code section 321.482. In default of payment of the fine she was ordered confined to jail five days.
