The three cases here appealed are suits in trespass to try title brought by E. G. Rodman and W. D. Noel, as surface owners of all of the lands involved, against Evelyn Julia Atwood, Mary A. Allison, Kathaleen Brawley, and many other individuals, corporations and institutions, as mineral owners under one or all of Sections 2, 8 and 10, in Block 44, Township 3 South, T. & P. Ry. Co.
