This is a "slip and fall" personal injury action. On February 14, 1958 Mrs. Alice Myatt, wife of J. W. Myatt, was an employee of C. L. Norsworthy, Jr. who occupied offices on both the 26th and 27th floors of the Republic National Bank Building in Dallas, Texas. Five elevators operated between these two floors.
