Plaintiffs, husband and wife, appeal from an order granting a new trial in their action to recover damages for personal injuries to the plaintiff wife from an automobile accident.1

The accident occurred on a three lane highway, with one lane restricted to northbound traffic and two lanes for southbound traffic. Between the northbound and the two southbound lanes, there are three painted lines, one white and two yellow...
