NOBLE, Justice.

This appeal results from an award of partial permanent disability under the 1959 Workmen's Compensation Act.

It is not disputed that the claimant Kendrick received a compensable injury while employed as a roughneck on defendant Gackle Drilling Company's oil well drilling rig. The disability was total from August 1, 1960 to August 11, 1961 and claimant was paid maximum compensation during that period...
