Asserting ownership of an undivided 1/32 mineral interest in a certain-described tract of land in Claiborne Parish, plaintiff sought a judgment recognizing such interest independent of any oil, gas, or mineral lease held by defendant, and particularly despite such a lease executed by one Leroy Ware.
