Appellant, Betty Lee Floyd,1 is the two-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Floyd. On September 30, 1959, she and her mother, and perhaps her father, were sitting in the family car parked on the Travis County Dump ground where Mr. Floyd was "burning out some salvage wire and motors."
