Per Curiam.

This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Municipal Court of Toledo finding appellant guilty of the offenses of operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The notice of appeal filed February 9, 1962, recites that it is taken from the judgment and sentence entered on January 22, 1962.
