The district court sustained administrative decision requiring refund of Social Security benefits by plaintiff and latter appeals.

Appellant was born on September 15, 1886. He worked as a law clerk in his brother's law office for a number of years. He was admitted to the bar himself in 1950 when he was sixty-four years old. He has practiced law as a self-employed
