This is an appeal from an order of the trial court which took a 4½ year old boy from his mother and gave custody to his father.

Dorothy (appellant) and Robert L. Bearden (appellee) became the parents of a boy, Robert Allen, on April 15, 1956, and they were divorced by decree dated June 18, 1958.

By that decree custody of the boy was given to his mother nine months of each twelve months (September to May inclusive) and the father...
