This is a personal injury suit. On May 23, 1960, the plaintiff fell from the porch of a building owned by Wilfred LaHaye and Clifton Fruge. Made defendant is the Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, which had issued to LaHaye, Fruge, and another a "Farmer's Comprehensive Personal Liability Policy" covering their personal liability to others arising out of the use, ownership, or maintenance of a certain seven hundred acre "farm premises" located...
