This action was brought in the district court of the thirteenth judicial district. The case was tried before the court sitting without a jury, and judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, defendant appeals.

Plaintiff, a Pennsylvania corporation, brought this action to recover on a judgment obtained in Pennsylvania against the defendant under that state's Nonresident Motorist Act.
