The plaintiffs seek a preliminary injunction which, in effect, would require the National Broadcasting Company to disregard a provision in its contract with the National Football League, whereby the Broadcasting Company agreed to exclude from the national telecasting of the League championship game, a seventy-five mile radius of Yankee Stadium, New York, the site of the game, scheduled for this Sunday, December 30, 1962.
