Ronald McDonald, appellee, a minor, was injured in a collision, between a pickup truck, driven by appellee, and a butane gas delivery truck, owned by appellant, Industrial Farm Home Gas Company, and driven by its employee, James Gathings. The collision took place on a rural road in Greene County in March, 1960, during a time when snow and ice covered the area.
