This is an appeal from a jury verdict and judgment against appellant, a seaman, who claims damages as a result of an injury sustained while working aboard appellee's vessel. The action was based on unseaworthiness and negligence under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688, and the case was submitted to the jury on special interrogatories.
