Three bills of information are involved herein and our decree with reference to one is applicable to all.

David Ferrie was charged by bill of information on December 15, 1961, with violation of Article 81 of the Criminal Code, LSA-R.S. 14:81. In the bill of information as amended the offense is alleged to have occurred on March 26, 1960. Thus, the bill of information was filed more than a year and eight months after the date of the commission...
