This is an action in which the plaintiffs seek to recover damages for injuries received by the plaintiff William A. Louche, a twelve-yearold boy, when he fell from a tree which stood on land of the original defendant. She died before the trial and her executor was substituted. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' case, the defendant rested and moved for a directed verdict, which the court denied. The jury rendered a verdict for the plaintiffs, and the defendant...
