The appellant is an agency created as a body corporate and politic under the Housing Authority Act of the State Legislature, same being Act 298 of 1937. The appellee is owner of two lots in West Rock Addition, same being Lot 8 of Block 1 and Lot 10 of Block 1.

In carrying out its work in slum clearance and urban renewal, the appellant filed its complaint in Pulaski Circuit Court seeking to condemn the above named lots. The appellee answered...
