This action arose out of a collision between a car owned and operated by the plaintiff and one owned and operated by the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant, in accordance with § 234 of the Practice Book, had moved for a directed verdict in his favor and, after the return of the verdict, moved that it be set aside on the ground that it was against the evidence and, further, that judgment be entered for the defendant...
