This appeal brings under review an award of the Industrial Commission finding that Thomas M. Bragg, the claimant, an employee of Dewey M. Conner, the appellant, was injured on June 20, 1960, at the city dump of Waynesboro, Virginia, as a result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment when a front-end loader operated by Bragg went out of control and turned over on him.
