Pellissier (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) from a judgment in favor of defendants, cross-complainants and respondents Roy and Juanita Hunter (hereinafter referred to as defendants). The defendants have not appealed from the judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants upon the counter-claim and cross-complaint filed by defendants.
