Mrs. Thatch T. Ewell secured a jury verdict in the sum of $3,000.00 against Mrs. Ruth H. Elliott for personal injuries and property damages resulting from an automobile collision. Mrs. Elliott moved that the verdict be set aside on the ground that the evidence showed that Mrs. Ewell was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
