This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment and sentence entered after the defendant withdrew his plea of not guilty to two counts of an indictment charging murder in the first degree and pleaded guilty on each count. The withdrawal of his pleas of not guilty and the entering of his pleas of guilty occurred after the jury had been impaneled, sworn and one of the state's witnesses examined...
