Plaintiff, Clema Williams, instituted this civil action in the Circuit Court of Webster County to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she was struck by a truck owned by the corporate defendant, Penn Line Service, Inc., hereinafter sometimes referred to as Penn, and driven by the individual defendant, Herbert Ware. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against both defendants in the amount of $100,000.00 and judgment...
