Defendant appeals from a conviction upon a two-count indictment which charged him, in the first count, with having been "in private guilty of an act of lewdness" with one P, contrary to N.J.S. 2A:115-1, and, in the second count, with then and there forcing and inducing said P "to submit to the doing of an act tending to debauch the said [P] and impair the morals of the said [P]," contrary to N.J.S...
