This suit was instituted by Jesse Starkey, individually, and as next friend for his minor daughter, Mary Starkey, against C. E. Leatherman and Kenneth O'Neal for injuries sustained by Mary Starkey in a collision occurring in the city of Floydada on or about 10:00 P. M., July 2, 1960.
