These three claims involve a single piece of property lying on the westerly side of State Highway No. 5350 which is known as Route 15, as it runs in a northwesterly direction through the northwestern portion of the Village of Bath, New York. The property had a frontage on Route 15 which is known as West Morris Street in Bath, New York, of about 690 feet.
