This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Leo F. Rayfiel, D. J. granting a motion of the United States for an accounting. The order appealed from grows out of an action to condemn defendants' leasehold interests in two parcels of real property, located at Fort Hamilton, in the Borough of Brooklyn.
