The defendant, Albert Hynes, together with John Sipich and Jerome Kaufman were jointly indicted in the criminal court of Cook County for the crime of armed robbery. Prior to trial Sipich died and Kaufman pleaded guilty and testified as a witness for the State in the trial of the defendant. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and the defendant...
