PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the District Court in holding that the Attorney General did not abuse the discretion vested in him under Section 243 (h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act1 and also under Section 106(a) as amended Public Laws 87-301, September 26, 1961, which is the exclusive procedure for judicial review of an Order of Deportation.

The twenty-seven year old appellant escaped from Yugoslavia...
