This suit was brought by the plaintiff attorney to recover the value of preincorporation legal services rendered between May 21, 1954, and June 4, 1957, at behest of the promoters and incorporators of the Public Bank, of Detroit, a presently going and prosperous concern. The bank and certain of the promoters, later becoming directors of the bank, are named as defendants. One of them, Joseph F. Verhelle, was the principal promoter and organizer of the bank...
