Mrs. Geraldine R. Lewis, plaintiff-appellee, brings an action against the State of Louisiana, defendant-appellant, to try title in and under an 80.90 acre tract of land located in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, declaring her to be the true and lawful owner of the mineral rights in question and enjoined and prohibited the State of Louisiana from asserting any claim whatever in or to said minerals...
