The plaintiff contends that the trial court committed prejudicial error in changing the answer in the special verdict and granting a new trial. He argues that the question of causation under the circumstances of this case was for the jury. He claims further that the questions with reference to giving an audible signal by the plaintiff should not have been submitted and that upon a new trial no such questions...
