This is a suit to establish a mechanic's lien. Mr. Thomas and his wife were the owners of a house upon which the plaintiff contracted to put aluminum siding. Also named as defendants were J. Harvey Bennett, a workman on the house, and Ralph Hunsche and J. C. Lister, who were the holder of the note and the named trustee under a deed of trust and note which Mr. and Mrs. Thomas had previously executed to secure an indebtedness on their property....
