On the first visit here of this case we reversed and remanded it for a new trial. Henry Hammer v. Harry A. Slive, et al., 27 Ill.App.2d 196, 169 N.E.2d 400. The first trial on remandment resulted in a hung jury. The second trial resulted in a jury verdict of $68,700.50 for the plaintiff. Post-trial motions were denied and this appeal followed.
