After trial before the court without a jury, in an action to quiet title to a parcel of land, the trial court found that plaintiff Oscar Dimmick (hereinafter referred to as "plaintiff") and defendant Clarence Dimmick (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were joint tenants of the property and quieted title in plaintiff to an undivided one-half interest therein. Plaintiff appeals.
