Travelers and Home are the sureties upon the bond of one Zeppenfeld as executor of Knoepfler's estate. During the probate process of Knoepfler's estate, Zeppenfeld died and Mulligan was appointed administrator of Zeppenfeld's estate under a special purpose statute, section 473.603 RSMo 1959, V.A...
