McELROY, J.

Appellant, Wayne Lambert, was indicted in the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Mississippi, for desertion and non-support of his five months' old child. On arraignment, he entered a plea of guilty, and a few days later filed a motion, supported by affidavit, for leave to withdraw the plea and make a plea of "not guilty." This motion was overruled by the court.
