This is a personal injury action, in which the jury returned a not guilty verdict as to defendant, Clyde Marion Toczydlowski, driver of the automobile with which plaintiff collided. A $40,000 verdict was rendered against the defendant Wolf Flour Cartage Company, Inc., owner of a delivery truck, which was double parked in the immediate area of the occurrence.
