This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Adjustment of Radnor Township, which decision refused to grant the Humble Oil & Refining Company a variance to the Township Zoning Ordinance of 1928 for authorization to erect a motor vehicle service station in a C-1 commercial zone.

The property for which the variance was requested was 200 feet by 135 feet in size which was carved out
