The initial question raised in this case was whether the alleged will of Jerome A. Utley was executed in the manner prescribed by statute. CL 1948, § 702.5 (Stat Ann 1943 Rev § 27.3178 [75]). On petition for admission of the will, the probate court held in the negative and denied probate.
