This action was brought on July 7, 1961 by the Texas and New Orleans, the Missouri Pacific, and the Texas Mexican Railway Companies, under 28 U.S.C. § 1331, to enjoin a strike by the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen set for July 10, 1961 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
