This is a suit for benefits under a hospitalization insurance policy, based on confinement in a hospital from 3 March, 1959 to 3 March 1960. Defendant denied liability on the ground that its policy did not cover confinement for nervous or mental disorders; that "Wheatland Retreat" where plaintiff was confined, was not a hospital within the provisions of its policy; and that plaintiff's wife had misrepresented...
