This suit was instituted by W. P. Brown and Contractors Machinery Company, a corporation, against Pak-Mor Manufacturing Company, a corporation, to abate a nuisance resulting from the blocking by defendant of the flowing of flood waters across its land along a claimed public easement. Plaintiffs also sought to recover damages and mandatory relief. The trial was to a jury and, based upon findings favorable to plaintiffs, judgment was rendered...
