Eldron and Geraldine McKee, husband and wife, and their three minor children brought suit for damages growing out of personal injuries sustained by them when the automobile in which they were driving collided with a taxicab of the Yellow Cab Company operated by Herman Levine, its employee. Eldron McKee was driving plaintiffs' car. Plaintiffs' statement of claim alleged, and the answers of defendants...
