FOSTER, J.

Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment dismissing an action to enjoin the respondent (defendant) from proceeding with the annexation of appellants' lands.

Appellants' five assigned errors relate to findings of fact. We find no error. The annexation proceedings are valid. We affirm.
